1. Withdrawal Before Publication

Authors who wish to withdraw a manuscript must submit a formal written request to the Editor-in-Chief or the Editorial Office through the journal's official communication channels.

The withdrawal request must include:

2. Withdrawal During Peer Review or Editorial Processing

Authors may request withdrawal while a manuscript is under initial screening, peer review, revision, or editorial decision-making.

Authors are expected to wait for written confirmation from the Editorial Office before considering the manuscript formally withdrawn. Until confirmation is provided, the manuscript remains under the journal's editorial process.

Authors must not submit the same manuscript to another journal while it remains under consideration by CULTIVATE : Journal Of Agriculture Science.

3. Duplicate Submission and Unethical Withdrawal

Submitting the same manuscript simultaneously to multiple journals is not permitted.

Withdrawal requests intended to circumvent the peer-review process, avoid an editorial decision, or facilitate duplicate publication may be subject to editorial review.

If a manuscript has already been accepted and the journal has incurred substantial editorial or production work, the journal may request an explanation before approving withdrawal.

4. Withdrawal After Acceptance

Withdrawal requests made after acceptance will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Authors must provide a valid reason and obtain written approval from the Editorial Office.

If the article has entered production, the journal will assess the status of the publication process and determine the appropriate action in accordance with its publication ethics policies.

Any applicable publication or administrative fees will be handled according to the journal's published fee policy. The journal will not impose undisclosed withdrawal charges.

5. Withdrawal After Publication

Once an article has been officially published, it cannot ordinarily be withdrawn as though it had never been published.

Requests concerning serious errors, ethical violations, copyright disputes, or other substantial concerns will be handled under CULTIVATE : Journal Of Agriculture Science's Correction and Retraction Policy.

Where necessary, the journal may publish a correction, an expression of concern, or a retraction notice while maintaining an appropriate publication record.

6. Author Responsibilities

The corresponding author is responsible for submitting the withdrawal request and confirming the agreement of all co-authors.

Authors must provide truthful information and cooperate with the Editorial Office throughout the withdrawal process.

7. Editorial Authority

CULTIVATE reserves the right to assess and decide on withdrawal requests in accordance with its editorial procedures, publication ethics standards, and applicable regulations.
