INCODING requires authorship to reflect substantial scholarly contributions to the submitted work.
An author should have made a meaningful contribution to the conception or design of the study, data collection, analysis, interpretation, or development of the research methodology. Authors should also participate in drafting or critically revising the manuscript, approve the final version, and accept accountability for the integrity of their contributions.
All listed authors must approve the submitted manuscript and agree to its submission to INCODING. The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the editorial office and for confirming that all co-authors have approved the submission.
Individuals who contributed to the research but do not meet the authorship criteria should be acknowledged appropriately, with their permission.
Changes to the author list after submission require a justified request and approval from the editorial office, including confirmation from all affected authors.
Gift authorship, guest authorship, ghost authorship, and unauthorized changes to authorship are not permitted.
