1. Author Retention of Copyright
Authors who publish their manuscripts in Economics, Business and Management Science Journal (EBMSJ) (Online ISSN: 2775-3794) retain full copyright of their published work without restrictions.
2. License to Publish
By submitting and publishing a manuscript in EBMSJ, authors grant Mahesa Research Center (as the publisher of EBMSJ) the Right of First Publication and a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, index, and archive the article in all forms and media, and to identify itself as the original publisher of the work.
3. Open Access Licensing Terms
All articles published in EBMSJ are simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows anyone to copy, distribute, transmit, adapt, and make commercial or non-commercial use of the work, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and EBMSJ as the source of first publication (including the article's DOI).
4. Author Rights After Publication
Because authors retain copyright, they are entitled to:
- Share and deposit the published PDF (Version of Record) in institutional or subject repositories (e.g., university repositories, SSRN, ResearchGate) immediately upon publication without embargo;
- Use the article in teaching, conferences, dissertations, and textbooks;
- Enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work, with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in EBMSJ.
5. Author Warranties
Authors warrant that the manuscript is their original work, has not been previously published elsewhere, is not currently under consideration by another journal, and does not infringe upon any existing copyright or third-party proprietary rights.
